Visitation House provides a welcoming home for pregnant women in crisis, grounded in the Gospel and the Catholic Church's culture of life. It offers housing, meals and life skills education to homeless pregnant women. Since its opening on May 31, 2005, it has welcomed 176 women and 72 healthy babies, some of whom found alternative living arrangements.

Program areas at Visitation House

Provided housing, meals and life skills education to homeless pregnant women. Visitation House opened it doors on may 31, 2005 and since that day we have welcomed 185 women and 79 healthy babies. Some of the women who came to us were able to find other living arrangements before delivering their baby - with family members or at a shelter closer to their relatives - which is why we count fewer babies than mothers.
