Program areas at Voces de la Frontera Action
Voces Action works to get out the vote, communicates support and/or opposition to candidates in the geographic areas where there is the most concentration of latinos, and researches and educates the latino and worker population about what are current electoral issues and concerns for the community.
Education of the latino community about topics where legislative change is sought, including driver's licenses, local id cards, in-state tuition for undocumented students, policing and law enforcement issues.
Research and lobbying efforts to support the legislative areas of concentration, in support of worker and immigrations rights and access to accountable public education.
