As a way to provide affordable and safe housing, the organization operates single room occupancy and efficiency housing for the homeless and elderly. Consisting of seventy (70) units, which qualified for, and was previously allocated, low-income housing tax credits pursuant to internal revenue code, section 42, these credits have since been utilized and the fifteen-year compliance period has expired.
