On september 1, 2022, the organization acquired 100 percent of the assets and liabilities of Northern Wyoming mental health center, inc (nwmhc). There was no consideration paid for this acquisition. The total assets transferred equaled $9,787,265. The accounting functions and all staff of nwmhc also were transferred to the organization as of september 1, 2022.2. Housing services - the organization's behavioral health residential service offering was significantly expanded with the july 1, 2022, peak wellness alliance and the addition of five long-term supportive housing facilities situated in southeastern Wyoming. These facilities (logan manor, snowy view apartments, eagle ridge heights, cottonwood place, and mountain view apartments) provide limited assistance to residents who live almost independently, with the availability of staff who work with residents on concurrent mental health management plans and are available to assist should the need arise. This same peak wellness alliance also brought forth creekside cottage and mirror lake manor in cheyenne, Wyoming. Creekside cottage, a supervised group housing facility, allows residents to live in a therapeutic group setting designed for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Mirror lake manor, a transitional supported living facility, provides a setting for clinicians and case managers to work with residents toward achieving specific independence skills. 3. Correctional services - booth hall is an adult community correction center that focuses on the vocational and educational development of its residents. Referrals are made through the federal bureau of prisons and the Wyoming department of corrections. This facility is located in gillette, Wyoming and serves over 400 men and women per year.4. Veteran and homeless services - the organization serves our nation's veterans through outreach programs operated in Montana, Wyoming, and western south dakota. These services focus on rapid rehousing, homeless prevention, case management, and employment services. Additionally, transitional living facilities in billings, Montana, and sheridan, Wyoming, provide a stable environment for 30 veterans. A variety of other homeless service programs are administered throughout the organization's service area through contracts and donor support. 5. Health care - through the strategic alliances with peak wellness and Northern Wyoming mental health center, and the resulting acquisition of assets and liabilities on july 1, 2021 and september 1, 2022, the organization was able to add a full portfolio of additional residential and behavioral health treatment options and programs. In addition to the previous residential addiction treatment services, the organization has acquired expanded expertise for mental health outpatient treatment delivery. Also included in this functional grouping are social detox services, residential transitional housing, hiv prevention services, and ryan white hiv support services.6. Community enhancement - services include camp p.o.s.t.c.a.r.d. Events in Wyoming. This rogram serves approximately 70-90 at-risk youth annually from across the state, working losely with law enforcement agencies.

For the fiscal year ending june 30, 2023, the organization served 87 youth at the sheridan group home and 56 youth through the rawlines facility.
