Food rx - provide tools and education to empower Walton citizens living with chronic mental illness to take charge of their health. To address lack of cooking skills with fresh ingredients; lack of resources to access healthy food; lack of health literacy about mental health and nutrition; lack of community resources for citizens living with mental illness.
