Warren County Farm Bureau organizes, develops, fosters, promotes and protects programs for the general welfare of farm people including economic, social, and political well-being. The structure of organizational leadership provides opportunities for member leaders to participate in agriculture leadership activities and stay informed on issues affecting agriculture. Through its volunteer leaders, Warren County Farm Bureau supports public policy efforts at the local, state, and national level to protect and promote the agriculture industry.

Program areas at Warren County Farm Bureau

Public policy programs in order to protect & promote the agriculture industry the Warren co Farm Bureau through its structure of volunteer leaders supports public policy efforts at the local, state & national level. This is accomplished through both legislative & regulatory monitoring communications with members & public awareness programs about farming & rural life & provide information about the agriculture industry. Volunteer board members participate in the sponsorship of meet the candidate activities & yearly policy meetings with their legislators to educate them about ag policy & how the industry is impacted by lawmakers.
Youth leadership development the Warren County Farm Bureau supports youth agriculture organizations in Warren County financially and with volunteer hours. The Warren County fb donates to the 4h organizations every year to help with their banquet and donates to 4h congress. The Warren County Farm Bureau sponsors a Farm day where 3rd grade students get to tour a working Farm where exhibits are set up to show students how livestock are taken care of and where their food and fiber come from.
Agriculture leadership activities the Warren County Farm Bureau structure of organizational leadership provides many opportunities for member leaders to keep abreast of issues that affect agriculture. Local board members attend organizational & educational meetings each month. They participate in other local agricultural, civic, & community organizations. Leaders attend district, state & national conferences to network with farmers & other agriculturalists to learn about current issues facing agriculture. A highly developed committee structure provides leadership opportunities for members through meetings, regular communications, and agricultural activities.
