Program areas at Warriors and Quiet Waters Foundation

Completely free to participants, the organization's flagship program built for more emerges the power of outdoor pursuits, the support of comrades, and the expertise of a proprietary personal growth process to guide post-9/11 combat veterans to their own definition of thriving. Over two transformative outdoor excursions and many months in evidence-based online coursework, veterans build a thriving life of their own design from the group up. Uplifted by their cohort and led by expert input, they systematically dismantle the things hodling them back and develop new strengths to move themselves forward. Built for more results show that Warriors: sense of purpose doubled. Sense of thriving quadrupled. Resilience against stress quadrupled. Ability to confidently deal with challenges tripled. Ability to consistently sleep tripled. Ability to pursue meaning and purpose doubled.
