Program areas at Washington Mens Gymnastics Foundation
Coaching payroll is one of our largest expenses. In the past year we had one coach and one coaching consultant. These services are vital to having a competitive team that competes against other NCAA and GymAct teams.
Scholarships: We provided financial assistance to students on the team to cover tuition expenses for credits they earned in college.
Travel to away meets. This covers all travel expenses for the athletes as they travel to meets away from Seattle. This year also included international travel.
Gym Rental, so the athletes have a place to train.
Team Equipment (includes grips, tape, wrap, uniforms, as well as any additional equipment that may need to be purchased like a pommel horse or floor springs or parallel bars), Meet Hosting (includes judges for home meets), and other related expenses to enable the athletes to compete.
