Program areas at Water for Africa Through Everyday Responsiveness
Anesvad inception project to investigate Water, sanitation, health and hygiene in asante akim north and sekyere afram plains district. Project focuses on skin diseases yaws, buruli ulcer and leprosy.
Tree farm: Water developed a 10 acre plot into a tree farm for 4 different types of trees rosewood,cashew,neem and moringa. Appox 2500 seedlings were planted and will take several years to develope.
Production and sales of hand washing stations
Water underook a project with donor pam frye to put an institutional laterine at a schhol near nyankpala in the northern region of ghana. The project also included installing a merry go round and education materials for the children.
