Waves 4 Women provides therapeutic surf programs for women and girls. In 2022, the program ran 46 surf therapy clinics which served 113 women and 22 girls. These clinics incorporated surf instruction, ocean-based activities, experiential learning, and guided wellness discussions to teach participants about mindfulness and well-being.
