Three dot dash. Three dot dash is an innovative global youth and mentorship initiative of the We Are Family Foundation (waff), designed to recognize and support teen leaders around the world who Are actively working on projects that promote a more peaceful society by addressing basic human needs: food, water, health, shelter, safety, education and the environment. Three dot dash accelerates their leadership potential so they can advance their projects, mobilize peers to action and amplify their work to broader audiences around the world. Three dot dash creates a sustainable worldwide network of individuals, corporations and nonprofit organizations to further the efforts of young leaders by harnessing the power of media, mentoring and social networking to foster public participation around the globe. The mentors Are an extraordinary group of notable individuals including ceos, cfos, leaders of fortune 500 companies and organizations across many disciplines. Global teen leaders (gtls) from 65+ countries/territories on 6 continents have participated in three dot dash and have positively affected more than 20 million people with their work. In 2020, the covid-19 global pandemic provided us an opportunity to create a virtual version of three dot dash. While there Are pros and cons to both virtual and analog versions of the program, We found two main benefits to virtual programming - our global teen leaders did not have a barrier to entry to the united states due to visa issues, and mentors were able to participate from around the globe. Three dot dash remained virtual through 2022.

Youth to the front fund. As a leader in the youth space, We Are Family Foundation (waff) created the youth to the front fund (yttff) to fund and support bipoc (black, indigenous, people of color) youth activists, youth- led organizations, projects, innovations and creative solutions that Are at the forefront of fighting systemic racism, inequality, inequity and injustice in the united states and around the world. We call them "frontliners". While yttff was in direct response to the murder of george floyd and the subsequent global outrage, it is an ongoing sustainable program of waff. Since its inception in 2020, yttff has funded the transformative work of bipoc and bipoc-ally youth under the age of 30 from 25 countries on 6 continents who Are working in sectors ranging from education, disability and technology to public advocacy and environmental justice. Yttff curates a space for young bipoc thinkers, creatives and activists to engage and share their own perspectives and approaches to reimagining strategies to fight systemic structural oppression by demanding justice and reclaiming humanity.
