We Are &Mother

Drove standards and implemented on-the-ground support for mothers and families at sporting events and races - including childcare support and lactation services. Sponsored "Changemakers" - mothers in sports driving advocacy and setting standards, with individual grants. Engaged growing community for Narrative Shift work, educational and awareness campaigns, advocacy opportunities, etc. Included social media engagement, videography and photography. Held MomForward 5k race and continued the &Mother Athletic Club to build community and fundraising efforts. Also hosted a bRUNch + learn further engaging community members to further address barriers to participation in the workforce and Sport. Additional celebreties pledged their support and amplified the messages of the organzation showing a growing need for solutions to the problems. One athlete donated a race bike for a sweepstakes promotion that increased the visibility of our organization and boosted brand awareness.
