School on water / programs for kids at risk this is a summer camp for kids at risk ages 7 - 15. For 9 weeks during the summer, larry and 7 volunteer couselors mentoir 35 kids, providing academics, social skills as well as life skills on the chesapeake bay and local waters. Education and recreational field trips are also an important part of the camp experience. Year-round programs for about 50 youth include free drumming classes, mentoring and turoring programs as well as back to school backpack and clothing drives. 15 adults assist with this program during the school year.

Save whitmore park - whitmore park is a public park that is located in a historically black community. It is owned by the county and maintained by the city of annapolis. Several years ago there was a threat of the community losing a gathering place. The executive director, larry griffin began organizing activities and concerts there 4 times per month june through october. Several hundred people attend these concerts free of charge making it a successful community gathering place.

Substance abuse treatment programs - every year, wcf places scores of men and women into short and long term residential treatment programs at no cost to them. Program costs include: treatment program admission fees, bus cards, birth certificates and other required items to enter treatment as well as legal assistance, if needed.
