Description
We Ignite Nations is a Christian humanitarian organization that empowers communities to overcome poverty and injustice with sustainable win-win solutions. Win begins with ekklesia - the local church equipping communities with the win foundation - a strong identity and life-giving empowerment to combat apathy, dependency, and dishonesty. We also focus on emancipation through preventing children from ever undergoing the horrors of human trafficking by using drama as a powerful way to communicate our message to simple rural areas.

Ekklesia & empowerment: three of the big five factors that contribute to poverty are apathy, dependency, and dishonesty. Thats why win begins with ekklesia - the local church equipping communities with the win foundation - a strong identity and life-giving biblical values. These foundations allow all, regardless of faith or creed, to move from dependency to sufficiency, from apathy to incentive, and from dishonesty to trustworthyness. The result is a real transformation that lasts and multiplies! Win identifies communities which are suffering extreme poverty, illiteracy and other areas of lack, then empowers the local people to bring about radical, lasting improvements.
Emancipation: preventing children from ever undergoing the horrors of human trafficking. Prevention is far better than waiting until after children have been abused. Drama is an excellent way to communicate a powerful message into the hearts of simple rural parents and their children. Wins drama team travels village to village warning how traffickers trick villagers with the pretext of marrying their daughters to rich, unknown individuals in big cities. Such marriages are only a trap. These brides find themselves in brothels. The drama team also teaches against other moral evils such as alcoholism and domestic abuse.
Education: We bring education to needy kids and youth in multiple ways, including self-sustaining primary schools, tuition centers, childrens homes, education support enabling low income families to attend school, and vocational skills training for underpriviledged youth and young adults.
