Program areas at We Love Our City
We Love Our City is currently feeding on average 1000 people per month with Our adopt a block events. We offer foster care services such as back to school supplies, christmas toys or experiences in december, and hold weekly events for foster moms to have a meal and connect with other moms in the community. We have a team of people who travel weekly to two prison units to provide teaching curriculum, mentoring, and ministering. We Love Our City provides an easter egg hunt for the community offering age appropriate egg hunts, petting zoo, face paining, bounce houses and pony rides. This even had over 8,000 people in attendence for 2023. We Love Our City has provided moving services to several people in and around the community in 2023. Lastly, We have provided cities in and around the area with help cleaning and painting parks and schools.
