Our curriculum at We Rock Charlotte empowers a diverse group of youth through musical exploration and social justice. Over the past decade, we have celebrated significant achievements: producing 5 student albums and 150 original tracks, hosting 10 years of Rock Camp with 573 campers, and forming over 100 bands. Additionally, we have provided more than 2,000 music lessons and awarded over 140 scholarships, emphasizing our commitment to accessible music education. Our program fosters a safe and inclusive environment where campers can affirm their identities and learn the importance of collaboration. Through these initiatives, we teach our youth to use their voices effectively as artists, activists, and allies, promoting unity and advocacy across diverse communities. We are an inclusive, nurturing, creative space that empowers all voices through music and arts in order to create a more just and equitable society.
