Program areas at Webuild

The vocational program has been in a partnership with habitat of Colorado and the crowley county correctional facility. Through that partnership the offenders participated in live work projects and textbook curriculum allowing them to gain the necessary skills to gain employment in the construction industry upon their release from the department of corrections. Students have actual hands-on building experience of housing components that are needed and used for low-income housing projects throughout Colorado. The program is regulated by the state of Colorado to allow offender participation in live work projects that are partnering with any nonprofit and federal, state or local governmental agencies.
