Academies: ncaa women coaches academy - the academy is a 4-day virtual training seminar that focuses on training and education of women coaches in management, communication, ethics and coaching philosophies. Ncaa academy 2.0 - a master learning opportunity in a small class setting, this next-level, multi-day transformational training builds upon and advances the leadership skills, strategies, and knowledge gained from attending the women coaches academy. High school women coaches leadership academy - modeled after our longstanding premier ncaa women coaches academy, this 2-day virtual program is aimed at providing leadership and development programming to assist high school coaches in reaching team and individual success.
National, regional & auxillary programs: podcast - one-on-one some of the greatest women coaches, administrators and industry leaders in the world of sports for insightful and inspiring conversations. Regional workshops - these one-day professional growth & leadership development regional workshops are open to current & aspiring women coaches in all sports and levels (youth, club, middle/high school, two-year & four-year college, etc.). Each workshop is designed to elevate professional growth through networking opportunities, discussions on critical issues impacting the coaching profession, and offering best practices for successfully navigating challenges. While priority is given to coaches who register, workshops are also open to administrators, allies, and industry professionals (men or women). Breakthrough summit - free, 1-day hybrid summit (in-person audience and digital/virtual audience) designed to support, develop, and celebrate women in sports. Speakers and panels include expert and leading women from the sports industry. Divisions ii & iii development program: year-round professional growth and leadership development dedicated to division ii & iii women coaches across all sports that offers strategies to address the challenges and obstacles women face to stay in, feel supported, and advance in the coaching profession. Other: mentor program, networking events for women coaches, video chats, job board, book clubs, weamplify supporting women coaches of color, other membership benefits and activities
