Weigh of Life

Provide classes in nutrition, aerobic fitness and other related activities such as weigh-ins, food diaries and healthy food-shopping trips. Various methods are used to motivate weight loss, increased consumption of fruits and vegetables, and increased participation in fitness sessions. Ninety percent of participants qualify for low-income government programs as WIC, Food Stamps, etc. Address the weight and health needs of low-income residents of Richmond and San Pablo, California.
