Program areas at Welcome Home Global
Community Development - In 2023 we heavily focused on community development programs in the Middle East and Europe which included compassionate relief, worldview exploration, and social support. We also purchased property to stabilize our long term visa access and expanded our outreach with a sports focus to create better engagement.
Amani Family Centre - In 2023 we continued this program in Uganda. We are partnering with a small maternal care clinic to invest in their efforts to help poor mothers with prenatal and birthing services.
Poverty and Disaster Relief - In 2023 we responded to the earthquake that devastated eastern Turkey. Our response included thousands of pounds of food, hundreds of large commercial tents, medical supplies and other basic essentials. We worked primarily in the Hatay region of the country, focusing on the cities of Antakya and Samandag.
