Program areas at The Coffee Depot
Operate a community gathering location (Coffee Depot), establish and build trust relationships leading to spiritual conversations, weekly Bible Study, periodic worship and monthly prayer breakfast. Approximately 2,500 people enjoy healthy food, respectful service, and peaceful respite from life's trials. Many of these received personal prayer for such needs as health and healing, resolution of personal or family conflicts, employment, and spiritual dialog and encouragement.
Participated in community events such as the annual Christmas lighting on Main Street that attracted several hundred adults and children. Hosted weekly Bible study in-person and video-conferencing, conducted special holiday religious-themed events such as Christmas Eve outdoor service and Good Friday/Seder Dinner, and providing floral decorations for Celebration of Life for deceased community member.
Specific entities received monetary assistance for financial needs including individuals, Sanpete Pantry, North Sanpete School District (school lunch program), Children's Justice Center, and devotional materials offered free of charge to visitors and customers.
