Program areas at West Central Nebraska Area Agency on Aging
Nutrition services to the elderly in a 17 county Area of Central Nebraska are provided by noon meals served in a congregate or home delivered setting through a network of senior centers. Services are provided to over 3,500 people per year.
Supportive services are provided in conjuction with the meal program. Preventativce health, social, recreation and educational services are provided to over 4,700 individuals per year.
Medicaid home and community based waiver services, nursing home pre-admission screening, case management and development of in-home services are provided.
