The children are taught the rules, techniques, and practives of Soccer by over 400 volunteer coaches and coordinators. Members are recruited from crockett and port Costa in the east to richmond, California in the West. The organization emphasizes safety, sportsmanship, healthy competition, proper discipline, and parental involvement.
