West Virginia Oncology Society strives to promote improvements in patient care, education, clinical trial accrual and pertinent economic and legislative issues as they affect all elements of oncology in the state of West Virginia. It continued to be an informational resource for multidisciplinary cancer care teams in WV through regular dissemination of oncology news and healthcare policy updates. Additionally, it provides evidence-based education to members in the form of an evening symposium.
