West Volusia Historical Society

The Society operates 1) the deland house, a historic house exhibiting antiques, photos, preserved books, maps, and relics; 2) the conrad center, an education center showcasing historic exhibits, a meeting room and a growing library, and 3) the hospital museum, housing eight galleries and exhibits. To collect, record, store, protect and interpret the physical and cultural heritage of the city of deland & West Volusia county, and to share that heritage with the community and visitors alike.
