Program areas at Western Institute of Nursing
Western Institute of Nursing sponsored its annual communicating Nursing research conference where research reports were presented to 712 attendees. The purpose of the conference is to present new research findings from studies conducted by nurses in educational and clinical agencies, and by students studying for advanced degrees. The proceedings from the conference are published and distributed to win membership.

Individual members receive a subscription to Nursing research; reduced conference registration fees; a complimentary copy of the conference proceedings; multiple opportunities to network with educators, clinicians, researchers and students to share research, education innovations, and clinical projects; and the opportunity to mentor or be mentored in research, education and clinical roles.
Win administers the Nursing education xchange (nexus) project, a partnership among select us universities offering doctoral programs in Nursing (phd and dnp) to provide opportunities for students at one academic collaborating institution to take a course or a series of related courses in a cluster from another academic collaborating institution.
