In 2023, Westport Country Playhouse continued its mainstage production season and added select presented events.in 2023, education and community programs at Westport Country Playhouse served Westport and neighboring towns, as well as reached out to underserved urban communities of bridgeport, norwalk, new haven and stamford. The family festivities series for family audiences resumed. The education department also manages the woodward internship program, a nationally respected training program for new and emerging theater professionals.
