Wheeling Forward's adaptive sporting clinics show people that they can defy the limits of their disability. Past events have included sports like snow skiing, skydiving, scuba diving, surfing, and waterskiing.
The spinal mobility program provides free, adaptive exercise opportunities tailored to people with paralysis and disabilities. Addressing the scarcity of accessible fitness options in nyc, this program empowers participants to build strength, enhance functional independence, and foster social connections in an inclusive environment. The program creates transformative fitness experiences by aiming to improve quality of life and promote health equity for individuals with disabilities
