Preparation for and implementation of wildfire resilience projects including forest restoration and excessive fuels reduction on priority acres in and around the community of mammoth lakes California.
Worked with eastern sierra communities in inyo, mono, and alpine counties to enhance wildfire resilience and preparedness through outreach, education, project development, and community-driven planning efforts.
Supported the development of the eastern sierra climate & communities project in partnership with local agencies and inyo national forest. Conducted environmental planning assessment, document preparation, and community engagement to support nepa process. Provided project management and capacity building to enhance workforce development, sustainable funding, and biomass utilization strategies required for landscape and community scale wildfire resilience in the eastern sierra.
