Training/Teaching/Mentoring-Ongoing leadership coaching of the CCCT leadership impacting a denomination of approx. 6,500 people-Ongoing training of indigenous Maasai cross-cultural missionary couple going to unreached peoples of the Swahili Coast-Ongoing discipleship of individuals in unreached communities-Training and sponsorship of 5 pastors, 1 former Bishop and 2 missionaries of the CCCT churches in missions theology through the Kairos course in Arusha and Tabora-Oversight of the Maware church in Morogoro of approx. 120 congregants-Training of 20 Youth with A Mission missionaries in training on Godly Relationships in Inikaret impacting through their ministries approx. 200 people-Ongoing upper management training of 3 Tanzanians in project overseeing , human resourcing, accounting and organizational leadership-Ongoing one on one prayer and counseling of existing and emerging leaders throught time period-Training 27 CCCT pastors in small outreach groups training impacting congregants numbering approx. 3,105-Training 27 CCCT pastors in Becoming a Sending Church impacting congregants numbering approx. 3,105-Engaging and sponsoring consultant advising CCCT leadership on Member Based Organization formation to fund the national church office and missions-2 day leadership seminar for 22 CCCT pastors and leaders in Loliondo, Ngorongoro District impacting approx. 2,500 congregants-Two co-mentoring camping trips with international Christian leaders-Ongoing bi-monthly co-mentoring meetings-Formation and oversight of the National Missions Strategy Committee of CCCT churches as they formulate the official missions strategy of the denomination of approx. 6,500 members-Providing leadership and consultation in the planting of a house church movement in Arusha, Tanzania-Ongoing one on one spiritual formation coaching with various leaders and emerging leadersOutreach-5 trips into unreached areas of the Swahili Coast-4 impact trips to one creative access community resulting in strategic relationships being built-Sponsored former Bishop of CCCT and the lead Intercessor of CCCT to travel to the Maware Church in Morogoro to lead a seminar of approx. 250 people with a causal sequence impacting 1,250 people-Small Outreach Groups training on Swahili Coast-Keynote speakers for Talanta African Football Academy in Naivasha, Kenyas Spiritual Emphasis Weekend (30 young women football players aged 12-22)-Donor vision trip and 7 year assessment of water project in Enguewa, Longido District (This project was installed in 2016. The project continues to bring the first clean water to a population of approx. 2,000 people reducing significantly water borne diseases especially among children).-Initial survey and donor engagement for a new water project slated to provide water for 2,500 people in Mlangarini, Arusha DistrictPrayer and Retreat Facilitation-Facilitation and staffing on the Wild Hope Retreat/Training Center of approx. 44 key Christian leaders throughout the time period in personal prayer retreat impacting through their minsitries approx. 26,400 people-Facilitation and staffing on the Wild Hope Retreat/Training Center of 12 groups from other Christian organizations in their spiritual and ministerial objectives impacting through their ministries approx. 69,700 people-Hosting two senior families in senior national leadership of the FPCT denomination for prayer and retreat-Hosting two Chrisitan medical teams for refreshment and vision casting; focusing in Ethiopia and India respectively-Hosting children at risk short term missionariesEducational Stimulation-Ongoing mentoring, and leadership coaching of the Enduata Christian Primary School Manager impacting 5 teachers, 70 students and approx. 60 families-Ongoing assessment and evaluation of the Enduata Christian Primary School-Ongoing financial support of 5 teachers and 1 manager of the Enduatra Christian Primary School-Completed the construction of the 3rd and 4th classroom of the Enduata Christian Primary School-Provided tuition scholarships for 3 primary school students-Provided tuition scholarships for 4 secondary school students-Provided tuition scholarships for 7 university school students-Provided tuition scholarship for one CCCT pastor for completion of his diploma in Theology at Arusha University-4 day Living in the Light discipleship seminar for 12 sponsored secondary and university students-Raised capital and offered business training for an Agro-Vet in Longido, District as he begins his services thereOther-Drought assessment in Longido district and facilitation together with Christian Missionary Fellowship of International Disaster Emergency Services (ides.org) drought assistance in Longido with a budget of $40,000 providing emergency feeding of 880 families representing approx.. 4,000 people-Hosting of Easter Sunrise Service for 6 local churches and other ministry leaders-Hosting representatives from Ghana in their endeavor to establish a like minded ministry there called Wild Rain Ghana
