Wilderwood Equine Therapy and Rescue offers innovative equine-inspired programs and services that enable autistic adults, children, and youth to explore new possibilities. They also provide a permanent home for unwanted horses and promote autism education in the community. Additionally, Wilderwood has served six clients through its autistic adults program, 21 children through its autistic children's/youth program, offered a one-week summer camp for autistic youth, and successfully completed a significant capital improvement project.

Inspected and re-licensed with the new mexico livestock board. Completed work needed to open counseling/equinetherapy program for 2025. Served 966, an increase of 30.8% from 2023. Assessments: 398 Equine experience:43 workshops/clinics:77 events:399 other: 49 3,910 volunteer hours. Rescued one horse, maintained training program for six horses. Organized and hosted autfest new mexico 2024: a celebration of autistic women. Plublished "drowning, not waving:autism in women and girls". Acheived 88,903 social media engagements for sponsored events and on organization's webpage.
