All income including our grant each year from the Illinois dept. Of agriculture bureau of County fairs is used to promote the 5 day County Fair for agricultural education. Grants from the Illinois dept. Of agriculture are audited by them from the original copies of receipts. Requirements are that land and buildings must be owned by the County Fair and funds received must be used for repair and maintenance of the buildings and grounds and the promotion of agricultural education.
