Collaborative Capacity Building Initiative:The purpose of this initiative is to help individuals and organizations to better understand, initiate, participate in, and lead collaborative public policy efforts. It plays a vital role in fulfilling the Center's mission and vision to build the knowledge, skills, and relationships for collaborative governance in Washington State and the Pacific Northwest.

Learning from Responses to COVID-19:COVID-19 response and recovery efforts require effective crisis decision-making and further innovation to address critical needs, policy challenges, and infrastructure gaps. To address this need, the Center initiated the pre-assessment and comprehensive learning effort to identify and share key insights from Washington state's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
