Willing Helpers Medical is a community based free Clinic located in newton county, Georgia. The Clinic was established in 2006 and continues to provide ongoing Medical management of chronic illnesses to low-income, uninsured adults who reside in newton county and surrounding areas. We are the first and only source of free Medical care in our county. Newton's population has significant needs due to the disproportionate number of residents who are uninsured, chronically ill, lack access to nutritious food, transportation and live in poverty. Our facility provided by piedmont newton hospital helps us remain open and available to help those in need. In 2022 we were able to start a wound care Clinic, offer nutritional counseling, open a pharmacy, parternerd with a virtual doc-giving health and operated a warming shelter. All this continues to be accomplished through the tireless efforts of our staff and all our amazing volunteers.
