Description
Willow Center extends supportive services, grief resources, and education to families, caregivers, and the community free of charge. Providing peer support groups for children and teens grieving a death of someone close to them is their mission. In the past fiscal year, they served 403 children and teens through group meetings. Additionally, 43 children attended Camp Erin, a summer bereavement camp. Many of these children would not have had access to other grief counseling because of limited financial resources.
