Wings Over America Scholarship FDTN provides college scholarships to dependent children and spouses of US Navy aviation personnel - officer and enlisted - active duty, retired, honorably discharged or deceased. Recipients are selected on the basis of scholastic merit, community involvement and leadership potential. In fiscal year 2022, the foundation awarded 87 scholarships ranging from $250 to $5,000 to eligible college and high school students as well as military spouses who met the established criteria.
