Winning Wheels consists of care center, an 88-bed skilled nursing facility and s.t.r.i.v.e. (socialization, training, rehabilitation, independence, vocation, education), a 16-bed intermediate care facility, serving the developmentally disabled segment of the client population.
Lyndon houses the vocational and developmental training programs and the play and learn center ("child care services").
Al's place operates and manages pinnacle place and frontier hollow, which are apartments occupied by eligible low-income individuals. Pinnacle place and frontier hollow are located in savanna, and prophetstown, Illinois. Low-income individuals residing at pinnacle place and frontier hollow have access to homemaker services, meals, and other assisted care services.
