Description
Winters Friends of the Library is a group of community volunteers who support the Winters Library and promote lifelong learning through reading. In 2019, the friends provided funds for story time program reading for young children, funded books for babies program distribution, and organized a Shakespeare Workshop where 30 youth participants had an experience of acting and presenting Shakespeare play under the directorship of professionals. The workshop served more than 250 community members who came to see the performance.
