Program areas at WMC
Wmc's government relations team of lobbyists advocates on behalf of members to the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of Wisconsin government. Wmc promotes passage of wmc public policy agenda established by wmc's governing body and advocates on other policies that could have a positive or negative impact on Wisconsin's economic competitiveness, legal climate, or judicial system. The government relations program also conducts research in support of our policy agenda and communicates with policymakers, the media, and the general public about making Wisconsin the most competitive state in the nation.
Wmc's membership program is dedicated to retaining existing members and recruiting new members in support of the wmc public policy agenda and other activities. Wmc's membership department assists members in understanding grassroots strategies to advance the business agenda and helps communicate how wmc's advocacy creates value for member businesses.
