This organization provided housing to elderly and persons with disabilities through the operation of a 32-unit multifamily housing complex in springerville, Arizona. In 2022, this organization provided decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing to 40 residents: 15% between the ages 18-61 (non-elderly people with disabilities), 78% between the ages 62-81, and 3% between the ages 82-93.in 2022, this community slowly resumed regular activities after the covid-19 pandemic and had limited social activities and community events. The springerville/eager chamber of commerce provided several onsite holiday celebrations for the residents. St mary's food bank delivered food boxes to residents each month and residents received commodities every tuesday. Many of the residents (cont'd on sch o) received services and case management through nacog (northern Arizona council of governments) and the round valley senior center. Residents also attended activities, such as bingo, at the senior center.
