Program areas at WNC Human Resource Association

The nc society of Human Resource Association selects a chapter to host the nc shrm conference each year. Wnchra served as host in 2016. This event was hosted by wnchra at the us celluar center in asheville, nc and was the largest ever staged for the organization. The theme was "lead differently, and there were over 1,100 people attending the conference in 2016. They were multiple highly regarded speakers who adressed the attendees over the three day conference.
Wnchra hosts monthly chapter programs that include a professional program with a qualified speaker. Topics are related to professional development. Members receive continuing education credit for their attendance. Other updates are also held annually for members related to legal issues and diversity workshops.
