Program areas at WINDOW
General crime victim services worked with county attorney offices to assist over 1,350 primary victims and over 150 secondary victims, including providing related emergency support to vicitims as needed. Family violence programs handled over 2,000 crisis line calls, served over 600 adults and nearly 50 children through domestic violence programs, and presented information to hundreds of people through sponsoring school & community based anti-violence education programs. Legal advocacy services were provided to over 650 persons. Nearly 400 people received emergency financial assistance as part of their transiton out of violent situations.
Visitation and safe exchange services to protect vulnerable minors managed hundreds and hundreds of hours of supervised visits. Visitation and safe exchanges services were provided for over 70 children(multiple exchanges per child).
Sexual assault survivor services served over 70 victims and their families in two counties. Emergency room sane services were provided for more than 20 victims.
