Program areas at Womens Coaching Alliance

Wca trained and paid 70 young women to coach over 500 kids across 7 different sports. For each sport coaches receive comprehensive training on effective Coaching techniques along with practice plans to guide them throughout each practice of the season. All of these were created by our team. In addition each coach has two volunteer adult mentors supporting them throughout the season they coach. 100% of our coaches say they want to coach another season. Wca has launched in a new community in collaboration with a new partner the giants community fund.
