Economic security hub - a formal collaboration focused on marginalized and economically disadvantaged women and gender expansive people to better understand and address all the related and interconnected determinants that create obstacles to economic security.
Young Women's initiative - this is a social justice and leadership program for young women of color and gender expansive youth from springfield in which participants, aged 16-24, identify barriers to their own success, explore solutions, and make recommendations for change in their community through movement building and philanthropy.
Grantmaking - the organization strives to create a climate of economic empowerment and does so by making grants to women, girls and gender margnizalized people-serving organizations in the four counties of Western Massachusetts.
