Family planning services provide birth control counseling and supplies; pap smears and pelvic examinations to low income women. Cancer screening services include pap smears, pelvic and breast exams, and mammography and colonscopy referrals. Both programs service residents of the allegany county and contiguous counties. Gynecological services were provided primarily to low income and uninsured women in allegany county and contiguous counties. Right from the start provides pregnancy support case management services to high-risk, medicaid-eligible pregnant women and infants in allegany county.
