the national Panhellenic conference (npc) provides guidelines for developing a strong effective college Panhellenic organization based on npc recommendations, the following guidelines have been adopted by the Women's Panhellenic Association of the University of Nebraska Lincoln. (a) provide an organization with a constitution and bylaws. (b) coordinate activities, establish orderly procedures, and provide for programming in addition to recruitment. (c) promote the growth of individual chapters and the sorority system. (d) organize and sponsor a membership recruitment program. (e) encourage the highest possible academic, social and moral standards. (f) assist in furthering campus programs. (g) promote good public relations. (h) give service to community and campus. (i) plan Panhellenic awareness programs. (j) sponsor junior Panhellenic if appropriate. (k) promote friendships, harmony and unity among members, chapters, faculty, administration, and campus groups.
