Our full time Executive Director is the primary catalyst for all partnerships He 1s also responsible for managing all Program Coordinators as they operate as contract workers in Uganda In addition to his role in partnerships he 1s also responsbile for all administrative work for Work for Gife
Our Program Coordinators allow for us to have active classes year round These are independent contractors ae that check in on the courses and provide a third party opinion on the instructors, students, and partnerships These Program Coordinators are vital to the successful development of businesses across Africa
Our newest program for 2018 consisted of working with low income communities in the sates and offering rent relief as business owners get back up and running These individuals are vetted by partnering apartment complexes that we are working with The money is the apartment group rather than the individual so the money does not get used other items
