Program areas at Worklife Institute

Texas veterans transition program: during 2022, 75% of new clients participated in career transition, over 80% of clients used supportive counseling, over 70% of Worklife clients have found employment in professional positions, entrepreneurship, and skilled trades. Program participants benefited from the weekly series of transition workshops and longer courses in business ownership and mediation. We added digital skills workshops for the aarp grant. Outreach included hiring and veterans' benefits events, online social media, our interactive website and bi-weekly online news notes.
