Workwell Industries strives to train all employees on a regular basis. It is not uncommon that a person works on several different jobs during a shift. Workwell Industries has approximately 9 permanent employees. Approximately 124 individuals who are mission related are served. The majority of expenses for these programs are payroll related. Workwell Industries has a department of labor certification that enables payment to certain individuals below minimum wage. Several individuals qualify for this program. The remainder of the individuals are paid at minmum wage or above.
