The program is funded by foreign commonwealth & development office (fcdo), uk.
Grc phase ii of "accountability for mass starvation" seeks to capitalize and build on the activities successfully delivered in phase i in order to ensure that unsc 2417 continues to be operationalized sustainably. We have identified opportunities to build upon phase i, leveraging activities and successes to date to broaden the reach and impact of the project. Activities include: ensuring that unsc 2417 and its tenets continues to be sustainably implemented globally and continuing to offer support as a legal resource centre for the netherland's ministry of foreign affairs (mofa) across their conflict and hunger agenda.
